Re-negotiating an Agreement

When your needs or circumstances change (e.g. support worker or advocate), or where you request an increase or decrease in the number or type of services, the re-negotiation of your iSeekSupport service agreement may be required. Our Practice Manager will advise you if this is the case and arrange for a revised service agreement to be prepared.
