Privacy Statement

iSeekSupport complies with all relevant privacy legislation and has systems for the collection, use, disclosure, quality, security, accuracy and correction of personal information relating to you, as our participant.

Your privacy and dignity will always be maintained. You will be asked to sign a Privacy Agreement to consent to collect, use, and disclose your personal information to comply with the Privacy Act 1988. If you want more information about this, you should read our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy and Procedure. Information regarding your privacy is also included in your service agreement.

Requests for access to the personal information we hold should be made in writing to the Practice Manager. Where you believe that a breach of this policy or the Privacy Act has occurred, a written complaint should be made to the Practice Manager.
