Data Security/Archiving Participant Files

iSeekSupport data is password protected and stored on a secure online cloud server. We regularly backup data to ensure record protection in case of a system crash or hard drive failure. Participant files are kept for seven years, as required by legislation. Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island participant files are stored indefinitely.
